If you have ordered an in-stock product before 15:00 PM, it will be shipped the same working day. It usually takes 1-3 business days to receive this package. 

Are you not satisfied? What a pity! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that sealed products must still be closed. Returns can be made very simply via the contact form.

Processing orders is virtually automated, which means that you can no longer change your delivery address after ordering.
